🐶 Missed appointments will now be charged at full price. Appointments canceled up to 24 hours prior will not be charged. Thank you for your understanding.  🐾

🐶 At the moment, we are unable to accept new or part-time clients. We are so sorry!

🐶 Our schedule is open for booking 3 months out from the current date for all future appointments.

🐶 We recommend creating a calendar reminder 3 months out from the date you would like to book -- we are booking out 6-8 weeks at any given time, so we most likely cannot accommodate your appointment request if it is within that timeframe.

🐶 You will receive a text message reminder (from our system) 48 hours before your appointment. You can reply 'x' to that message to cancel up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.

🐶 Each full grooming appointment is approx. 3 hours - we will text you when your pup is almost ready for pick up.

🐶 Nail Trims: Appts are about 5-10 minutes. If you would like to book a nail trim only, please contact us directly, as we can usually book an appointment during the week. If you prefer to book online, we will most likely reach out to confirm the timing, as we prefer to do them earlier in the day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Please note: in the winter, we book about 7-10 days for nail trim-only appointments.
